Here is a sample of some of my favorite wildlife photography. These were all made between The White Mountains, Bishop and Mammoth. The Bighorn Sheep are in Silver Canyon, which is in the Whites just across the Owens Valley from our house in Bishop. They are a species of sheep unique to The White Mountains and although they are hard to find, they are worth every bit of effort it takes to get to their canyon.
The other wildlife isn’t as elusive, and much of it was found right behind our house in the Buttermilk are of the Bishop Basin.
