Dear Mr. McCoy,
Nearly 30 years ago you gave me a lift to the Main Lodge, during which you suggested I might work for Phil M. in Communications. I did, for the next three seasons! Some of the happiest Winters of my life. Thank you very, very much.

MR. MCCOY, I PUT YOU UP TO SOME OF THE GREATEST INDIVIDUALS I’VE EVER READ ABOUT, LIKE WALT DISNEY. PAT TILMAN ( UNFORTUNATELY HE WAS MISLED BY THE GOV. AND WHAT HAPPEN TO HIM ON HIS FINAL DAYS) BUT HIS HEART WAS TRULY THERE FOR THE PEOPLE OF THE USA. I’VE DONE MANY THINGS IM MY LIFE, BUT THE MOST REWARDING WAS WORKING IN A RESORT TEACHING WINDSURFING AND WATTER SKIING. I TAUGHT ADULDS AND KIDS SOMETHING THEY CAN ENJOY FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES AND GIVE TO OTHERS. AFTER MANY YEARS OF BUILDING, REAL ESTATE SALES, APPRAISEING, AND MANY OTHER JOBS, YOU INSPIRED ME TO START MY OWN RECREATIONAL BUSINESS, BRINGING THE HAPPINESS TO OTHERS LIKE YOURSELF. THANK YOU FOR YOUR STORY, AND GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY…
As a young man in the late 70′s and early 80′s I had the privilege of sharing a few turns with you during the annual trade shows. I too have replaced my knees and the skiing is now better than ever. Good luck getting back onit this winter.
A big fan
Gary
