Along with our son Randy and his wife Heather, Roma and I took a trip up to Reno this week.
I had my camera out and took about 200 photos on Highway 395 between Bishop and Reno, heading in both directions.
I shot a lot of these through the windshield–unexpectedly interesting. When we began cropping and editing them, we noticed that several looked really good as panoramics. It’s a different way to look at photography, and this region lends itself well to panoramic photography.
There are a few taken between Bishop and Mammoth, including the Mammoth/ Yosemite Airport, Mammoth Mountain, and Mt. Morrison. The rest are to the north, at Mono Lake, Bridgeport, and Gardnerville.
Let us know what you think.
